Account Information

  • Google Sign-In: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
  • Email Login: When you sign in with email, we collect your email address.

Usage Data

  • URLs and text content you submit for analysis
  • Analysis results and scores generated by our engine
  • Number of analyses performed per month

Technical Data

  • We do not use cookies for tracking. We use localStorage for authentication tokens only.
  • Our server logs may record IP addresses and request timestamps for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • To perform content analyses that you request
  • To track your usage against your subscription plan limits
  • To store your analysis history so you can review past results
  • To send you login codes via email (email login only)

3. Data Storage and Retention

  • Hosting: Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on Hetzner managed infrastructure located in the EU (Germany).
  • Analysis data is retained for 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted.
  • Usage tracking data is retained for 12 months.
  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

  • OpenAI: The content you submit for analysis is sent to OpenAI's API for AI-powered analysis. This data is processed according to OpenAI's Privacy Policy. OpenAI does not use API data to train their models.
  • Google: If you use Google Sign-In, Google processes your authentication data per their privacy policy.
  • Brevo: If you use email login, Brevo (our email provider) processes your email address to deliver login codes.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing of your personal data
