These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ContentOptima, a content optimization service operated by 7 Point Consulting LLC ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ContentOptima is an AI-powered content analysis tool that evaluates web pages and text content for optimization in AI search engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview). The service provides scores, recommendations, and actionable suggestions to improve content visibility.

2. Account Registration

  • You may create an account using Google Sign-In or email login.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Free Plan: 3 analyses per month, no credit card required.
  • AppSumo Lifetime Deal: Purchased via AppSumo marketplace, activated by redeeming a code.
  • Usage resets on the 1st of each calendar month.
  • We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit malicious content, code injection attempts, or harmful URLs
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service beyond normal use
  • Resell or redistribute analysis results as a competing service
  • Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

5. Content You Submit

  • You retain ownership of all content you submit for analysis.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content through our analysis engine, including sending it to third-party AI providers (OpenAI) for the sole purpose of generating your analysis.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content or analysis results.
  • Analysis results are stored for 90 days for your convenience, after which they are deleted.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Analysis results, recommendations, and suggestions are generated by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will achieve any specific search ranking or visibility outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to implement any suggestions.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time.
  • Analysis processing times may vary depending on content length and server load.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentOptima and 7 Point Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

10. AppSumo Lifetime Deals

  • AppSumo codes are one-time use and non-transferable after redemption.
  • "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not the purchaser.
  • Refund requests for AppSumo purchases are handled through AppSumo's refund policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
